Background of the iPad Pro Ad Finally, Apple apologized and took down the wrong ad, though it still keeps promoting the 12.9-inch iPad Pro with the wrong information in another similar ad. The original ad received a score of 86.3 out of 100 in post-testing.

Apple recently made a public apology to those who are offended by its ads for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro that said “What is a computer?” In a 15-second video ad released at the beginning of 2020, a girl was subjected to the question “What are you doing on your computer?” from the neighbor boy when she was typing on her iPad. The girl answered “What are you doing on your computer?” and then went out to perch on a tree and show herself her iPad. She was obviously taken aback for being questioned about the information she was inputting.
